Lloyd Dale Kotcamp

Lloyd Dale Kotcamp, 69, of New Carlisle formerly of Piqua, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018. He was born December 23, 1948 in South Shore, KY, the son of the late George and Gracie Kotcamp. Lloyd retired from GM and was a member of New Carlisle Lodge No. 100 F&AM, as well as Palestine Commandry No. 33. He was a longtime donor and supporter of W.E.E.C. Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents and brother Mack Kotcamp. He is survived by his daughters Collette Mata and Crista Hannah; granchildren Brittany Neil, Eric (Brittany) Mata, Erin (Cory) Andrade, Jessica Etter and Ashley (Justin Glaze) Mata; great-grandchildren Kaitlyn, Gracelynn, Blaije, Cory Jr., Phillip Jr. and Ava; and a niece Dawn Alltop. A funeral service to honor Lloyd will be Friday, July 13, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at Noon.
