Linda J. Easter

Linda J. Easter, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 10th, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on Monday, June 18th, 1945, in Pleasant Hill, Tennessee, Linda was a cherished resident of Medway, Ohio, where she built a life filled with love and warmth.

Linda dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, creating a nurturing and loving environment for those she held dear. Her passion for cooking was well-known, and she delighted in preparing meals that brought her family together. She loved playing bingo, shopping, and creating memories that will be cherished forever.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years, Thomas W. Easter, and her loving daughters, Tammy (Dennis) Bailey and Regina (Donald) Cahill, and a bonus son, Calvin (Donna) Cyphers. Linda was a proud grandmother to Wendell Hensley, William (Lauren) Hensley, Dylan (Jessica) Sibole, and Kyle (Debra) Cahill, great-grandmother to Collin, Mercedes, Aliyah, William, Jordyn, Jameson "Sunny", and great-great-grandmother to Quinton and Zayne. Also surviving her are her sister Mary Jo Funk and a dear friend, Deborah Brock, who will all carry forward her legacy of love and kindness.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Don & Jack. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home in New Carlisle, OH, on Thursday, May 15th, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service to honor and celebrate Linda's life will be held at the same location on Friday, May 16th, 2025, at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Medway Cemetery
