Linda Louise Dresback

Linda Louise Dresback, 70, of New Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019. She was born January 22, 1949 in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of the late Thomas and Betty (Clingman) Hunt. Linda worked many years as a registered nurse before going to work for her trucking business. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Linda is preceded in death by her parents and husband David Claypool. She is survived by her husband of 22 years Carl "Butch" Dresback; daughter Evie Heimer; step-daughters Heather Dresback, Haley Van Horn, Cassie Latimer; brother Daniel Hunt; sisters, Karen Workman, Judy Finnegan & Susan Chamberlin; grandchildren, Ansleigh Louise Heimer, Aiden Heimer, Jessie Dresback, Chelsea Dresback, Sheldon Van Horn, Alayna Van Horn; Ryan Penley, & Zane Latimer; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service honoring Linda’s life will be held Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 2 PM in Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton at www.hospiceofdayton.org.
