Lefty J. Beverly

Beverly, Lefty J., 83 of Springfield passed away November 29, 2021 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Damascus, Virginia on November 18, 1938, the son of Roy and Julia Beverly. Lefty retired from Penetflex. He was known around Springfield as a good mechanic. Lefty was preceded in death by his parents; brothers William, Arthur, Herman, and Roy Beverly; and sisters Mary E. Plantz, Hazel Kelley and Nancy Foster. Survivors include his wife Helen (Payne) Beverly; and brothers Robert and William Beverly. Services will be Monday at Noon in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Pastor Eric Swenson officiating. Family and friends may call beginning at 11:00AM.
