Karen Faye Wynn

Karen F. Wynn age 81 of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Springfield Regional Medical Center.  She was born the daughter of Roger B. & Eleanor L. (Kohl) Engle on February 16, 1942, in Springfield, Ohio.  She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings Don & Marilyn.  She is  survived by her loving daughter Amy (Scott) Goodspeed of Springfield; son Andy (Josephine) Wynn of Tipp City; sister Virginia “Ginny” Cotter of Springfield; grandchildren Alex Doyle, Nicholas Doyle, Nicole (Josh) Foster, Jacob Goodspeed, Caleb Goodspeed, Isaiah Wynn, Claire Wynn, & Emil Wynn; great grandchildren Joshua & Bennett Foster; former daughter in law Tara (Kyle) Baugh; feline companion Sadie; several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.  Karen was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, & friend.  She will be missed by all of those who love her.  Karen graduated from Shawnee High School class of 1960.  For over 15 years she was employed by International Harvester working in the clerical dept, & later retired from Kroger on East Main.  Karen was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ & was a lifelong member of Hillside Ave. Church of God.  Karen enjoyed spending time with her family.  She especially looked forward to weekly family dinners & celebrating the holidays with the ones she cherished the most.  Friends & family may call on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 1PM – 2PM at RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME 838 E.
