Julie Ann Phipps

Julie Ann Schell-Phipps, age 58, passed away peacefully in her loving home on March 2, 2026, with her family by her side. Julie was an amazing wife, mother and nanny. She loved to play in the dirt, aka her garden, camping, and fishing. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends, and her animals Freckles and Nala.

Julie is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Terry Phipps; daughters: Cheryl (Daniel) Sutton and Carol (Earl) Blosser; one son; grandchildren: Paige and Zaine Staup, David and Mackinze Sutton, and Jayden and JuJu Phipps; siblings: Missy (Ron) Pruitt; as well as many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Julie is preceded in death by her daughter Sarah Phipps; sister, Brenda Marshall; and parents: Andy and Sally Whallon and James and Bessie Phipps.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Richards, Raff, and Dunbar Memorial Home, 838 E. High Street, Springfield, Ohio.
