Joyce D. Oswald, 74 of Springfield, passed away September 14, 2020. She was born in Flemingsburg, Kentucky the daughter of the late John & Margie Spicer. She is survived by her children Dean Smith, & Tina Matheny; her brother Roy T. Spicer; sister Hope Jenkins; and special friend Melinda Adams. Services will be held at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME.
