Joyce D. Oswald

Joyce D. Oswald, 74 of Springfield, passed away September 14, 2020. She was born in Flemingsburg, Kentucky the daughter of the late John & Margie Spicer. She is survived by her children Dean Smith, & Tina Matheny; her brother Roy T. Spicer; sister Hope Jenkins; and special friend Melinda Adams.
