Joyce Irene Kelley

Joyce Irene Kelley, 89, of New Carlisle, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. She was born June 28, 1937, in Dayton, the daughter of the late Homer and Irene (Gibbs) Brewer. Joyce is a 43 year member of the Order of Eastern, Home City Chapter. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. Joyce is preceded in death by her husband Robert Gene Kelley; son-in-law Craig Pratt. She is survived by her daughters Deborah Kay Pratt and Diana (Steve) Woodard; step-children Lori (Jim) McCarty and Kerri Kelley; grandchildren Misty (Jeff) Davis, Aron (Christie) Woodard, Mandy Hall, and Tiana Steele; great-grandchildren Brandon, Talaya, Jordan, Makayla, Royalty, Danesha, Austin, Destiny, Clayton, and Jaylynn; great-great grandchildren Jayden, August, James, Eli, Kyah, and Kyaire. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2026 from 4-6pm with Eastern Star Services beginning at 6:00pm followed by the funeral to honor Joyce at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
