JOAN M. BUSSEY

88, of New Carlisle, died Wednesday. She was born in New Germany on May 9, 1928 Victor J. & Lillian R. (Smith) Lyons. She was a graduate of Olive Branch School and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Carlisle. Survivors include; a daughter, Pamela J.; close family friend, Shirley; two sons, William J. (Donna), Perry S. (Nancy); 3 grandsons & 5 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, William M., a son, Paul S.; brothers, Bill, Larry & Ronnie Lyons; a sister, Cynthia McWilliams. Visitation will be 10-11:30 Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral mass will be at 12 noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
