Jewell Louise (Pat) Dorn

94, of New Carlisle, Ohio, passed away in the early hours of January 7, 2021. She was born September 8,1926, in Madison County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles & Nell (Mahorney) Lewis. She is survived by a daughter, Karen Sue Johnson; three grandchildren - Eric (Emily) Johnson, Valerie Turner, & Jon Durall; six great grandchildren - Brody, Kylie, Chauncey, & Wyatt Turner, and Tess & Ava Johnson; a nephew, Bob (Debbie) Sweitzer; and many other relatives and family friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Dwight Dorn; a daughter, Carol Ann (Dorn) Durall; and a sister, Freda (Dean) Sweitzer. Pat was a nourishing mother and encouraged her children/grandchildren/great grandchildren in all they have done. She has been the "rock" of the family for over seven decades. In addition to the family that went before her, she'll also be catching up with life-long friends, Mary Ann Barnhart and Re Crouch.
