Jeffrey A. Rouch, 51, of New Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018, in his home. He was born in Springfield on November 21, 1966, the son of Mary (Collier) Rouch. Jeffrey had worked at OSMI, and was employed as a supervisor at Transportation Research Center for the past fifteen years. Jeffrey had played drums for several Metal bands, such as "Aesopzallion" and "Beast." He is survived by his mother, Mary Moore of New Carlisle; special friend Teresa (Rouch) Severt of Springfield; daughters Stephanie Rouch of Bellefontaine, Tiffanie (Andrew) Perkins and Heather (Adrian) Craven, both of Springfield; sons Christopher (Abby) Rouch, of Port Richey, FL. and Nathaniel Rouch of Dayton; step-son Russell "Lynn" (Gayle) Moore, Jr. of Crossville, TN; sisters Dawn (Jack) Masters of Tipp City and Melissa (Scott) Buroker of Urbana; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Carroll and Allene Collier; step-father Russell Moore, Sr. and step-sister Terry L. Moore. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 – 8:00 pm in RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. The service to honor Jeffrey’s life will be Saturday at 11:00 am in the Memorial Home, with Pastor Richard Blevins officiating. Burial to follow in Enon Cemetery.
