age 59 of New Carlisle passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021 after a long courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Tina (Roylance)Smith of 39 years; daughter Heather (Chip) See of New Carlisle; son Joshua (Marci) Smith of Springfield; granddaughters Hannah, Maggie, Kiley. Jeffery was born the son of Lonnie & Joyce (Simonton) Smith on July 15, 1961 in Charleston, West Virginia. Jeffery was a loving husband, father, grandfather, & friend. He will be missed by all of his family, friends & coworkers. Jeff was employed by Suez, water department of Huber Heights, for 40 yrs. In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. However, more than anything he enjoyed spending quality time with his family.
