Janet G. Lannon

Lannon, Janet L., 92 of Springfield passed away December 18, 2017 in Good Shepherd Village. She was born in Champaign County, Ohio on November 10, 1925, the daughter of Lester H. and Cathryn Gard. She was a graduate of Lawrenceville High School. Janet was a former member of Tremont City United Methodist Church and was currently a member of North Hills Church of God. She retired from the Clark County Extension Office with many years of service. Janet had been a 4-H Advisor, enjoyed gardening and socializing. Janet was extremely loving to her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Elwood T. Lannon; and granddaughter Pamela Childress. Survivors include her children Deborah (Gary) Circle and Brian (Brigitte Frederick) Lannon; grandchildren Troy (Andee) Circle, Belinda Emory, Stacy Giles, Jeffery Childress and Brian A. Lannon; several great-grandchildren; close nephew Phil (Maria) Queen. Memorial service to honor Janet will be Friday at 2:00PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Mr. Russell Dickerson officiating. A gathering will take place beginning at 1:00PM.
