Janet E. Binkley

Janet E. Binkley, 78, of Springfield passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 in Southbrook Care Center. She was born March 22, 1939 in Denton, KY the daughter of Charles and Lorene (Rogers) Bellew. Janet was retired from Krogers on Derr Road and was a member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by one son Bobby (Martha) Hartman, Jr. of Lake Havasu City, AZ; one daughter Debbie Stultz of Springfield; step daughter Sandra K. Hayes of FL; brother Carl (Phyllis) Bellew of Springfield; sister-in-law Shirley Bellew of South Vienna; three grandchildren Nathan Hartman, Olivia Pinkston and Kyle Stultz; two great granddaughters Lillianna Evelyn Reynolds and Anna Robin Lynn Stultz; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Roger A. Binkley; daughter Robin Elaine Hartman; two brothers Donald and Gene Bellew. Visitation will be Thursday from 12 noon – 2 PM. in RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. The service to honor Janet’s life will be Thursday at 2:00 PM. in the Memorial Home with Rev.
