HUFF, Jacqueline L. "Jackie" 88, passed away on May 8, 2019 at the Springfield Masonic Home surrounded by family. Jackie was born in Indianapolis, IN on August 12, 1930 to John and Grace (Smith) Denson. She was a devoted member of the Christian Science Church in Springfield. Jackie was an avid reader and retired as a librarian at the Southern Village Branch Library. Most of all, she was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, wife, and friend. Jackie was proceeded in death by her husband Kenneth L. "Bud" Huff of 67 years. She is survived by her son Kenny (Linda) Huff, daughter Lynn (Jerry) Cremeens; grandchildren Kelley (Jeff) Asper, Karen (Todd) Carsey, and Jerry (Erin) Cremeens as well as two step-grandchildren. Also surviving are many special nieces and nephews, close friends, and neighbors. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to all who provided love, comfort, and support during her transition; the kindness and generosity are sincerely appreciated. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 10:00AM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME in Springfield followed by services at 11:00AM.
