Jacqueline K. Godwin

Godwin, Jacqueline Kennedy, 54 of Springfield passed away Saturday, Oct. 19, 2019. She was born in Amarillo, TX on Sept. 30, 1965, the daughter of Gary E. and Dorothy M. Wilson, Sr. Jackie was an RN serving as an Instructor at Clark State. She had a passion for caring for others and tried to instill that same passion with her students, in their nursing career. Jackie was an animal lover who belonged to the ASPCA. Her family time was also extremely important to her. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Darren and Gary, Jr. Wilson and daughter Theresa Londergan. Survivors include her husband of 30 years James L. Godwin; children Casey (Bobby) Reynolds, Matthew (Lisa) Londergan, David Londergan and James (Kerry) Londergan; brother Thomas E. (Jill) Wilson; sister Carrie Wilson; grandchildren Bobbiejo, Kyle, Caiden, Kennedy, BJ, Lil David, Todd and Chris; several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8PM in the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home. Services to honor Jackie will be Friday at 1:00PM in the Memorial Home with Pastor Rick Clos officiating.
