JACOB F. MCLEOD
19, of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017. He was born May 8, 1997 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Daniel & Laura (Hoover) McLeod. He is survived by his father, Daniel & Shawn McLeod; mother, Laura & Steve Portwood; brothers, Taylor & Brent; sisters, Kailey, Anna, Abbi, Caitlyn & Abigail; other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be 2-5 PM Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Monday at the Restoration Park Church, 55 Restoration Park Dr. Medway, OH. Burial will be at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
