60, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Friday, November 4, 2016. He was born August 14, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Carl & Arline (Malady) Warner. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Annette Warner; two sons, Curtis (Sara) Warner, Jason Warner; a daughter, Nancy Byington; eight grandchildren; a great granddaughter; a brother, Martin (Janelle) Warner; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be 1 PM Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Chapel of Peace, Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio.
