Herbert A. Knight

Knight, Herbert A., 76 of Springfield passed away September 12, 2018 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on February 20, 1942, the son of Paul K. and Josephine E. Knight. Herb served his country in the US Army. He retired as a truck driver with Springfield Township. He was a member of Springfield FreeWill Baptist Church, the Gold Wings Riders Assoc., and the Kaiser-Frazer Owners Club. In his spare time he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, woodworking, and tinkering with old cars. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Kenneth, William and John Knight. Survivors include his wife Minnie B. Knight, whom he married November 12, 1967; step children John (Roberta) Craig, James Craig and Kenneth (Anna) Craig; sister Ruth Murnahan; good friends Mike Stevens and Pam King; numerous grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Services to honor Herb will be Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Noon in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Pastor Del Wallace officiating.
