Harold E. Dixon

Harold E. Dixon, 82, of Springfield went home to meet the Lord on Sunday, January 21, 2018. He was born February 19, 1935 in Springfield the son of Orville and Florence (Riffle) Dixon, Sr. Harold was a decorated veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean War. He is survived by four sons Mark Dixon of FL, Chris and Matthew Dixon of AZ, and Wade (Kristy) Dixon of Springfield; three daughters Kathy Round-Tree and Teresa Dixon of AZ, and Debra (Edward) Wilson of Springfield; his wife Barbara (Wise) Dixon of Springfield; former wife Catherine Dixon of AZ; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; son Jimmy Dixon; brothers Robert, Glendon, Walter and Orville Dixon, Jr.; two sisters Kathryn Dixon and Dorothy Dixon Richendollar. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM. in RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Phil Grear officiating. The family will receive visitors from 1 – 2 PM. in the Memorial Home.
