Gwyn D. Boettcher

Gwyn D. Boettcher, 59, of New Carlisle, Ohio peacefully left this world comfortably at home on September 14, 2024, after a well-fought battle with breast cancer. She was surrounded by love from family, and under the care of Crossroads Hospice.

She is survived by her mother, Lynne Nickell; children, Sonja Huntsinger and Levi Zinkhon and his wife Kayla; grandchildren, Casey and Andrea Huntsinger, Preston Seals, Nolan and Liam Zinkhon; brother, Randall Bartlett and wife Laura; sisters, Nancy Zorn her husband Doug and Amy Bartlett; step-sisters, Lori Ammon her husband Tony and Julie Zimmerman, former mother-in-law Doris Pennington, and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Gwyn was preceded in death by her Father Neal R. Bartlett, step-mother Rosalee Bartlett; step-father Paul Nickell.

In lieu of a service family and friends will gather for a celebration of life on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at a family home located at 410 W. Madison St., New Carlisle, Ohio 45344. The family will welcome guests from 11 am to 4 pm. Contributions may be made in Gwyn’s honor to the National Breast Cancer Foundation at www.nationalbreastcancer.org/breast-cancer-support. Gwyn would want to encourage you and/or the women you love to get regular mammogram screenings.
