Glenna Marlene Howard
77, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020, after a long battle with cancer. She was born December 22, 1942 in Sandy Hook, Kentucky the daughter of the late Hobert & Thelma (Ratliff) Fraley. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth R. Howard; two sons, Terry L. Howard & James A. Howard; three grandchildren, Brandy (John) Secrist, Christopher Howard, Chad Howard; great grandson, William Howard; two brothers, Herbie (Mary) Fraley & Rodney Fraley; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Fraley. Visitation will be 12-2 PM Friday, August 21, 2020 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio, with funeral service at 2 PM in the funeral home.
