Glenda Darlene Albright

Glenda Darlene Albright, 76, of Tipp City, died peacefully, Thursday, May 30, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was born February 28, 1943 in St. Charles, Virginia, the daughter of the late Otis and Mary Cody. Glenda retired from Ledex, now Johnson Electric after 43 years of service. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, especially at their lake house. Glenda is preceded in death by her sister Patsy Freeman; sister-in-law Judy Cody; and mother and father-in-law William and Mary Albright. She is survived by her husband of 31 years Fred Albright; children Timothy (Heather) Cooper, Kimberly (Mark) Mougey, Tracy (Marc) Finke, Jason (Amber Benton) Albright and Cory Albright; brother Norman Cody; grandchildren Derrick (Abbey) Cooper, Chloe Cooper, Olivia Cooper, Miranda Mougey, Tyler Mougey, Abby Lynn Finke and Leon Henry Albright; sister-in-law Carol Albright; niece Pam (Bill) Gnekow; nephew Christopher (Jenina) Cody; and several special great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 2-5 PM in Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home. The funeral service to honor Glenda will be Monday, June 3, 2019, at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of New Carlisle.
