Evan Clarence Lewis

Evan Clarence Lewis, 19, of Huber Heights passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018. He was born December 14, 1998 in Dayton the son of Keli Lewis-Melms. Evan was a loving son and brother, who was selfless, very caring and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his mother; brothers Elijah and Nathaniel Melms; sisters Kailin Lewis and Knoelle Melms; and grandmother Joy Lewis. Evan is preceded in death by his grandfather Eugene Lewis. The funeral service to honor Evan will be Monday, August 13, 2018 at 1:00 PM in Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM.
