Elizabeth "Betty" M. Tasker

83, of Troy, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020. She was born November 9, 1936 in Ironton, Ohio the daughter of the late Shafter & Velvia Jenkins. She was a graduate of Rio Grande College. Betty worked for over 40 years as an elementary school teacher in Miami county. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Troy. She is survived by her son, Todd Tasker; daughter Greta (John) Clingan; brother Donald Jenkins and other relatives and friends. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years Murlin Tasker. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, May 16, 2020 at New Carlisle Cemetery.
