Donna Mae Gilliam

Donna Mae Gilliam (Viles), of Miami County, Ohio, passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on December 25th, 2025. Donna was born on January 10th, 1931. She married Harry Gilliam, Jr. in 1953 and raised their son Phil and daughter Judy. Donna loved sewing and crocheting and especially loved making porcelain dolls that won many awards in ceramic shows. She enjoyed Westerns and loved animals. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry, her son Phil, her daughter Judy, and her precious great-grandson Blaise Daniel Moorman. Donna is survived by her son-in-law Richard Moorman, daughter-in-law Libby Gilliam, granddaughter Erika (Moorman) Eavers, grandsons Gabriel and Damian Moorman, grandsons Tom and Brian Gilliam, and great-grandchildren Cameron and Lincoln Eavers; Jordan, Madeline, Miles, and Piper Moorman; Nolan and Imogen Gilliam; and Ian, Bodhi, and Mick Gilliam. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 10-11am at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, followed by graveside services at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
