Denise G. Lobeck

Denise G. Lobeck, 75, of Springfield, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 26, 1950, in Springfield, Ohio, to the late Kenneth and Joyce (Roach) Mc Gillivray. Denise worked as a hairdresser at Country Salon in Lawrenceville for many years. She also worked for 33 years at Northwestern Local Schools as a school bus driver, retiring in 2017. Denise was a member of North Hampton Community Church. She is survived by her children, Dawn (Steve) Pelfrey and Derek Lobeck; grandchildren, Kelcee (Cason), Evan, Storm, Freddy, and Loretta; great-grandchildren, Camden and Bexlee; sister, Aletha (Bob) Miller; nephew Christopher (Amy) Hanselman; niece Abbie (Matt) Roy, and many cousins and her K9 companion, Layla. Special thanks to Heartland Hospice and caregivers Cindy Hargis and Billie Sue Lazaro. Visitation will be held at North Hampton Community Church, 110 Community Dr., North Hampton, from 10 am to 12 pm on Friday, June 5, 2026, with the service to follow at 12 pm.
