David Eugene Knisley

David Eugene Knisley, 73, of Medway, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026. He was born March 6, 1953, in Jamestown, OH, the son of the late Harold and Dessi Knisley. David has been around horses all his life and truly loved harness racing. He also enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. David is survived by his wife of 53 years, Donna Knisley; children Greg, Scott, Jason, and Kristy Knisley; brothers Bob (Doris), Danny, and Steve Knisley; sisters Shirley Metz and Joyce Bowman; grandchildren Dalton, Cody, Aiden, Joe, Tiffany, Brayden, Jacob, and Raegan; 9 great-grandchildren; cousin Dave Knisley; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Ronnie Knisley. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 1-2pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, with a graveside service following at Medway Cemetery.
