Daisy Mae Edwards

Daisy Mae Edwards age 61 of Springfield passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born the daughter of Donald & Gertrude (Craycraft) Burton on February 11, 1960 in Springfield, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father; longtime companion Terry Tackett; brothers Tony & Rosco Burton. Daisy is survived by her mother; father of her children Blane (Brenda Barker) Edwards; son Jeffrey (Abby Geiger) Edwards; daughters Mindy (Matthew) Hall, Rebecca Edwards, Paula (Chad Holcomb) Edwards, stepdaughter Tonna (Jimmy Starcher) Wilson; sisters Donna Hopkins, & Gail Burton; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends. Daisy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be missed by all of those who love her. Daisy enjoyed fishing, camping, racing, canoeing, & was a well-known prankster in her family.
