Curtis Lee Clemons

Clemons, Curtis Lee, 45 of Springfield lost his battle with COPD on October 2, 2018. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 10, 1973, the son of Patricia (Bertram) and Daniel Hatmaker. Curtis gave the gift of life by donating his organs so that others could live. Curtis was also a very big OSU football fan. He is survived by his fiancé Gloria Jean Mongold of Springfield; his daughters Miracle Jade and Kayley Clemons of St. Paris; parents Daniel and Patricia Hatmaker of New Carlisle; step sons Cody and Justin Mongold of Springfield; three step brothers and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death bystepdaughter Kayla Mongold and maternal grandparents Otto and Joyce Bertram.
