Connie Sue Mcgowan

Connie Sue McGowan, 61, of New Carlisle passed away January 25, 2017. She was born March 13, 1955 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Charles and Chloteen DeLotell. Connie was a special education teacher at Shawnee Local Schools and was a member of the Christian Heritage Church.. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Lee McGowan. Connie is survived by her sons Jonathan (Elizabeth) McGowan and Joel McGowan; grandchildren Cameryn McGowan, Kynlee McGowan, and Brayden Willis; brother Keith (Lois) DeLotell; half brothers and sister Danny DeLotell, Chris DeLotell, Carrie DeLotell; sister by choice Connie Buckler. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4-6 PM in the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR, & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, with funeral service starting at 6:00 PM.
