Strese, Clyde D., 41 of Columbus passed away April 28, 2021 in his residence. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on May 21, 1979. Prior to his illness Clyde had been an over the road truck driver. In his spare time Clyde enjoyed the outdoors, especially hiking. He was preceded in death by his spouse and companion Josh Strese; mother Cheryl Ann Legg; Aunt Carla Suttles; and paternal grandparents Don and Jean Suttles. Survivors include his parents Clyde & Robin Suttles; brothers Chad (Lisa) Suttles, James Conley and Robert Lucas; sisters Cheryl Suttles, Anna Conley, Loraine Houseman, Christina Suttles and Karen Lucas; step son Cade Franks; several aunts and uncles including a special aunt Cathy Syrus; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8PM in the Victory Faith Center. Services to honor Clyde will begin at 11:00AM on Tuesday at the church with Pastors CarlaLaux and Pauline Hamblin officiating. Burial to follow in Ferncliff Cemetery. Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com.
