Chester H. Lanham

Chester H. Lanham, 75, of Springfield passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Miami Valley Hospital. He was born February 16, 1942 in Ansted, WV the son of Ulysses H. and Myrtle M. (Minter) Lanham. Chester was an avid hunter, fisherman and sportsman, and was a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation. He is survived by two daughters Kelly (Eric) Kirby and Sherry Lanham; two brothers Cecil Lanham and Gene (Peachie) Lanham, all of Springfield; seven grandchildren Zachery, Joshua, Shianne, Cory, Sara, Seth and Tesa; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Kathy Lanham. There will be a gathering of family and friends Thursday from 6-8 PM. in RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.
