Chelcie Renee Freed

Freed, Chelcie R., 27 of Dayton passed away January 1, 2019 in her residence. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on August 21, 1991, the daughter of David and Heather Underwood. Chelcie was a 2009 graduate of Urbana High School. She a unit manager with Assurant. Chelcie also was the owner of the Leo Boutique Shop. In her spare time she enjoyed fixing the hair of her family and friends, as well as doing their makeup for special occasions. Chelcie was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Ron and Judith Underwood and her mother-in-law Diana Adkins. Survivors include her husband Ben Freed, whom she married May 4, 2013; her precious children Emma and Ezekiel Freed; her parents; great-grandmother Betty Parcels; brother Shane (Keshia) Underwood; brother-in-law’s Sam Wheeler and Eric (Amber) Adkins; sister-in-law Lydia (Alex) Seigrist; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday from 5-8PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Services to honor Chelcie will be Saturday at 10:30AM in the Memorial Home with Pastor Dewayne Bryan officiating.
