Charles Leo "Chuck" LeVitre

Charles Leo “Chuck” LeVitre, 64, of New Carlisle, went home to be with God the Father on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. He was born July 20, 1961, in Milford, MA, the son of the late Donald Theodore and Carmella Gloria LeVitre. Chuck was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and later retired from Williams Bros. Roofing and Siding, Dayton. He enjoyed playing the guitar and growing up in Massachusetts he loved the water, including diving. Above all family was very important, spending time with them and friends gave him great joy in life. Chuck is survived by his wife of 22 years Sandy LeVitre; step-sons Brian and Timothy Sweeney; sisters Donella “Nell” (Paul) Maimone and Charlene (Allan) Tingley; grandchildren Derek, Preston, Olivia, and Ryan Sweeney; great-grandchildren Aaliyah and Acelynn; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 11am-12pm with the service to honor Chuck beginning at 12:00pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
