Carol Ann Sweet

Carol Ann Sweet, 87, of Tipp City, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 1, 2026. She was born on March 25, 1938, in Alger, Ohio, to the late Dale and Edith Gardner. She graduated as a valedictorian from Ada High School Class of 1956 and went on to nursing school at Lima Memorial Hospital. She worked as a nurse at Grandview and Dettmer. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and later of Cove Spring Church. She spent a lot of time with her husband traveling the country and later wintering in Florida. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Connie) Sweet and Pamela (Scott) Williams; grandchildren, Nathan Williams, Christopher Sweet, and Lauren Stevens; great-grandchildren Laela Williams & Jackson Stevens, and other relatives and friends. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Sweet. A Celebration of Life will be held on March 28, 2026, at Cove Spring Church at 1 pm.
