Carl Alvah Parks

Carl Alvah Parks, 86, of New Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025. He was born February 19, 1939, in Dayton, the son of the late Carl Eugene and Zulekha Parks. Carl owned and operated Parks Brothers Pastry in New Carlisle, delivered Mehaffie’s Pies and also worked with his son David for 13 years installing flooring until his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Mary (Fraley) Parks; sons Ken (Debbie) Parks and David (Denise) Parks; brother Melvin Parks; grandchildren Vanessa, Jessica, Gunnar, and Nikita Parks; great-grandchildren Joshua, Adi, and Brianna; and great-grandson Devin.
