BATES, Candace L. 45, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015. She was born May 30, 1970 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Robin (Gebauer) Purtee & Paul Bates. She is survived by her parents, Robin (Michael) Purtee, Paul (Sharon) Bates; a daughter, Natasha (Brandon) Winslow; a son, John Davenport; three grandchildren; Kylie, Colton & Caleb; a brother, Bob Fugett; friend, Mark Palmer; multiple cousins, uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 6-7:30 PM Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to www.trostelchapman.com
