Fraley, Billie Joe, 81 of Springfield went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 05, 2018 in his residence after declining health. He was born in Clifton, TN on March 11, 1937, the son of James and Julia Fraley. He proudly served and retired from the US Air Force and Macy’s from the furniture department. He was a member of Northside Church of God, where he was known as the candy man. Billie’s favorite hobby was spoiling his grandkids; mowing the grass, working outside and doing puzzles. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Nell Christine Wade and brother James Paul Fraley. Survivors include his beloved wife Marya Fraley; loving father of Dawn (Douglas) Grindle, Joseph Fraley, Holli Fraley and Alison (John) Stickney; proud grandfather of nine beautiful grandchildren and precious great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME and one hour prior to services. Services to honor Billie will be Tuesday at 11:00AM in the Memorial Home with Rev.
