Billie Merle Booth

Billie Merle Booth, 93, of Tipp City, passed away Friday, May 22, 2020. She was born October 7, 1926 in Stratford, TX, the daughter of the late Jesse and Lena McWilliams. Billie and Elmer operated Booth & Merle Construction for over 30 years. She is a member of Brandt United Methodist Church and U.M.W. Billie loved quilting, knitting and playing cards. She is preceded in death by her husband Elmer on December 24, 1998; infant son Kenneth Elmer Booth sisters Marcile Looney, Dale Jackson and Dorothy Nell Yarborough; and brothers Curtis Boyd, Loyd Kirk and Donald Reid McWilliams. Billie is survived by her daughters Wanda Jean (Rosie Dumke) Booth and Billie Joyce (Leendert) Bosma; son Terry Wayne (Tari Lynn) Booth; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held by the family. Burial will be next to her husband in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park, FL. Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
