Betty Jo Plantz

Betty Jo Plantz, 78, of Medway, passed peacefully on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. She was born January 26, 1948, in Dayton, the daughter of the late Chalmer and Wilma LaVey. Betty is survived by her children Carolyn Watson-Belcher and Kelly (Cassie Maye) Watson; siblings Phyllis (Richard) Johnson, Kevin (Amanda) LaVey, and Timmothy LaVey; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son Elbie E. Watson. Per Betty’s wishes a private Celebration of Life will be held by the family.
