Betty J. Picklesimer Young

Young Picklesimer, Betty J., 83 of Springfield passed away July 15, 2021 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Archie, Missouri on May 30, 1938, the daughter of Henry Lee and Eliza Jane Hite. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles; 5 brothers and 1 sister. She was a proud member of the Beatty Freewill Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children Ernest (Donna) Picklesimer, Larry E. Picklesimer, Linda G. Picklesimer and Ellen (David) Osterday; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Services to honor Betty will be Wednesday at 2:00PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Pastor Steve Wallace officiating and visitation beginning at 1:00PM.
