BARBARA L. PATRICK

81, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away February 11, 2017. She was born Octobrer 15, 1935 in Salyersville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Arthur & Maxie (Hale) Tackett. She retired from DayView Care Center, New Carlisle. She is survived by four daughters, Vicky Frock, Cheryl Patrick, Susan Lambert & Niki (Darell) Crumrine; a son, Scott Patrick; fourteen grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great-grandchildren; a brother, Ron (Erma) Tackett; a sister, Helen Welch; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Patrick; a brother, Bobby Tackett. Visitation will be 12 noon to 1 PM Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with funeral service at 1 PM funeral home. Burial will be in New Carlisle Cemetery.
