Annette Partin, 89, of Enon, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 18, 1936, in Frakes, Kentucky, to the late Raymond & Nannie Partin. Annette worked for many years at Ranchers Roast Beef in Park Layne, where she served as part of the management team. She was constantly on the go, working in her house, garden, or helping her family with work projects. What Annette enjoyed the most in life was spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her strength, spirit, determination, and quiet demeanor by all who knew and love her. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Lorenz, Audra (Mike) Cook, grandchildren, Lindsey (Ryan Harmanis) Lorenz, Morgan (Josh) Hinders, great grandchildren, Braxton Cook, Emrie Hinders, Hudson & Emmett Harmanis; sister and closest friend Barbara Durocher, brothers Grant Partin & Raymond Partin Jr., sister Wanda Littrell and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray, sister Ruth Nash, brothers Ruben Partin and Everett Partin, and son-in-law John Lorenz. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 12 noon to 1 pm, with the services to honor Annette’s life to follow at 1 pm all at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, New Carlisle.
