Anna Bell Law

Anna B. (Carter) Law, age 77, of Springfield, Ohio passed away on September 22, 2025, at Northwood Skilled Nursing Center. She was born the daughter of Elmer and Sarah Carter on May 8, 1948, in Ross County, Ohio. She resided in Clark County all her life, graduating from Northeastern High School in 1966 and spending most of her working career at the Kissell Company. In 1973 she married the love of her life, Charles M. Law, and was a devoted loving wife until his passing in 2004. Anna is survived by her siblings Lillie Taylor of West Liberty; Lou Clarkston of Springfield; Carl (Mary) Carter of Springfield; Willard (Conny) Carter of Boone, North Carolina; Francis (Olive) Carter of Mechanicsburg; sister – in- law Brenda Carter of Flat Rock, Michigan and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Through her marriage she is also survived by her stepdaughter, Beverly (John) Gebhardt of Springfield as well as many grandchildren & great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and beloved husband, Anna is preceded in death by two brothers: Joseph Carter and Thomas Carter and her stepson Charles “Mike” Law.
