ANITA E. DEMMITT

77, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018. She was born August 15, 1941 in Dayton the daughter of the late Allen, Jr. & Ethel (Crowell) Cook. She retired from Ohio Bell. She is survived by a son, Shawn (Amanda) Demmitt; six grandchildren; Jamie, Lindsey, Shannon, Gabrielle, Aulivia & Jason; two great grandchildren; William & Ella; a brother, William (Marilyn) Cook; two sisters, Pamela (Greg) Mullins & Mary Ann Choinere; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Bill Demmitt; a daughter, Shannon Demmitt; a brother, Ronald Cook and a sister, Patricia Barnhart. Visitation will be 9:30 -10 AM Monday, September 24, 2018 at Rose Hill Burial Park with funeral services at 10 AM.
