Angel Michele Mathis

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of my beloved daughter Angel Michele Mathis on Sunday, December 28, 2025. She was born June 6, 2011, in Dayton, the daughter of Jennifer Michele (Allsup) Mathis. Angel loved listening to birds sing and all kinds of music. She loved to laugh, play and watch her favorite tv show Little House of the Prairie. Angel’s favorite song was “You are My Sunshine”. She is survived by her loving mother Jennifer (Allsup) Mathis; brother Michael (Sara) Mathis and Jesse Mathis; grandmother Blanche Thomas; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Angel is preceded in death by her grandfathers Charles L. Thomas and Michael Allsup; and grandmother Dorothy Edgington. A Celebration of Angel’s Life will be announced at a later date.
