Amber N. Deer

Amber N. Deer, 36, of New Carlisle, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021. She was born February 20, 1985, in Xenia, OH, the daughter of Todd Deer and Cynthia Whitt. Amber was dearly loved by her family and missed spending time with her great-grandma Geneva Neil. She is survived by her mother Cynthia Whitt; father Todd Deer; son Jaden Whitt; sisters Erica Deer, Sophia Whitt and Ashley Deer; maternal grandparents Diona & Donnie Whitt; aunt Bev Deer; aunt and uncle Michelle & Clay Goffinet; numerous nieces and nephews. Amber is preceded in death by her sister Chelsea Deer; and paternal grandparents Fred & Helen Deer. Private services were held by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home. Memorial contributions have been requested to Acts of Faith Apostolic Church, 8384 Chambersburg Rd., Dayton, OH 45424 (these contributions will be dispersed to an area treatment center in Amber’s name).
