Preston Fraley
Funeral Director
New Carlisle resident Preston Fraley grew up in the funeral business,
helping his dad, Larry (Manager/Funeral Director at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley
Funeral Home) whenever he could. Preston graduated from Northwestern
High School in 1994, attended Wright State University, and graduated
with an Associate of the Arts degree from Clark State College.
He then went on to study at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary
Science, where he was an exemplary student, and was chosen to
work as a Lab Assistant for the college. In 2003, Preston’s
hard work and diligence paid off, and he earned his Bachelor
of Mortuary Science degree with honours. During his graduation
ceremony, Preston was awarded the Cincinnati College of Mortuary
Science Restorative Arts Award, and also earned the prestigious
Ohio Funeral Director’s Leadership Award.
Preston is a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in North
Hampton, and when he has any spare time enjoys a variety of hobbies,
especially playing golf and softball. He is also an avid motorcycle
enthusiast.
Now working alongside his father at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home,
Preston says “I like working in funeral
service because I want to help families in their time of need.
I like working at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home because it is
very family and community-oriented. This is a family-run
funeral home – and
to everyone we serve, that makes all the difference in the world.” |
